host a transformative live music experience from the comfort of your home
House/barn/yard concerts create the conditions for beautiful reciprocity between artists and listeners. Hosting one creates a magical experience for your community while financially supporting an independent artist. They’re truly my favorite concert experiences, both as a performer and audience member. Wanna host one? Here’s what you need to know.

where?
A private space that can host at least 25 people, such as a living room, basement, backyard, community center, local art studio, or barn. You can provide chairs and floor pillows, or ask folks to bring their own. I love to travel, and often rely on house concerts to support out-of-state touring, so don’t assume you’re too far from Kentucky!
Who?
You can invite your beloveds only (a true private concert), and/or we can make the concert more public (tell folks to invite their friends, work with me to craft language you’re comfortable with to send to my music contacts, etc.). The goal is to fill the space with folks who would love this special live music experience and could donate $25-$50 per person.
What?
A 2-3 hour live music and community building event. A typical house concert formula looks like this: Hour 1 Optional Potluck + Hour 2-3 Music (2 shorter sets or 1 longer set) = one of the most memorable live music experiences of your year. This formula is 100% adaptable to your needs and interests.
